Direct-to-card method is the revolutionary way of creating direct-print PVC IDs. This beats the expensive brands such as Zebra, Fargo, and Evolis. The method involves the Epson T60 or R230 printer and the PVC ID Tray. The tray has two ATM-sized slots where you just lay the blank pre-cut PVC. Then a template is supplied to you in Adobe Photoshop format where you just insert your ID layout. It only takes a minute or less to finish printing one side then you flip the card and print on the other side. The best thing about this is that the printout instantly dries and the resolution is fantastic.
Metrostar MRT/LRT purchased this printer from us and they have used it to make IDs for all their employees in the main office and in every MRT/LRT stations.

These two facts alone suggest that if you are to make 1000 IDs, you need Php 30,000.xx for the ribbons only.
